Siemens Trio Anonymization Issue
Hello Chris,
I'm in a interesting position where my research team and I collect MRI scans at the hospital (Siemens Trio) and then an individual from radiology anonymizes the dicom files for me before uploading the dicoms for me to convert...not ideal, as I'd prefer to anonymize myself, but I'm trying to play by their rules.
I've encountered several issues that I attribute (after troubleshooting) to their anonymization procedures including multiple nifti and .json files for one sequences, etc. I'm attaching two dicom files: one of the files worked well with no error messages or issues (file name: IM000000) and the other file did not (filename I0).
Would you be willing to take a look and tell me any discrepancies in the header content between these files? Any information from your end would be extremely appreciated as I'm meeting with them next week to discuss.
Many Thanks,
Jessica
