Dear All, 

I have a desikan parcellation-based connectome weights matrix (desikan parcels are nodes).
What I need is to upload freesurfer surfaces along with an .annot file (done), but instead of representing nodes and edges as default in BrainNet Viewer, I need to represent edges as parcel colors on a colorscale (and nodes as parcels, not spheres). My intuition is that I have to change the .annot file color column using an edge matrix row at a time, to generate color grades for a particular parcel. See attach file for an example of what I would need. If there is a simpler way, please let me know. Many thanks, Octavian
