So here are the qlog of my anaylses (see my previous post from the 11.01 that I edited), loading my manually created batch while debugging and then using conn_batch(BATCH).

I got this error in the terminal, then the 100 jobs are submitted and then do not go through:

In LesionNetworkMappingSoso_SCITAS_17122020v6 (line 11 // which refers to 'conn_batch(BATCH);' in the script)
In run (line 91)
saved /scratch/betka/BATCH11012020v2.mat
after this, the BATCH11012020v2.mat is empty.

Should I rename my batch CONN_x?
Should I remove the BATCH.filename subfield?
Should I use another conn command to create/open a conn compatible batch?
Should I load it manually in Conn first? (I tried but while the batch is composed of nsubjects=1015, in conn the parameters are not updated e.g. nsubjects=1..)
