Viewing FreeSurfer group analysis results
Hi,
Is there a way to view FreeSurfer .mgh files on BrainNet viewer?
I am using the FreeSurfer group anaylsys (glmfit) which yields significance and zscore maps (z.mgh and sig.mgh like here : https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/GroupAnalysis)
I can view the surface .mgh files using FreeSurfer. But I would like to use the shiny BrainNet viewer surface, something like this: https://ars.els-cdn.com/content/image/1-s2.0-S2352872915000937-gr1.jpg
How can I view this mgh file in BrainNet? I have tried converting it to a volume using freesurfer, then using it as BrainNetViewer mapping but it gives lots of dark patches.
