Using CONN with data preprocessed in C-PAC
Hello,

I am trying to run functional connectivity analyses on HBN database preprocessed by C-PAC pipeline (https://fcp-indi.github.io/docs/nightly/...). I manage to import the data to CONN, but not sure how to find/generate the realignment and scrubbing confounds for denoising. When I had used data from fmriprep for a different project, these just appeared automatically in the Denoising tab, but not sure how to import those from CPAC outputs, or if it's better to create them somehow with CONN.
More specifically, the issue I am trying to solve is that there seems to have been some motion or amplitude difference between the two experimental runs (run1 and run2 of resting state data in the same duration, see image attached of sample timeseries of a seed ROI).

I'd appreciate any leads!
Thanks,
