Hi again, I'm back with more questions (sorry for the multiple posts, I'm new to CONN).

I think there's still something wrong happening in the 1st level analyses. The "Analysis Results" section on the 1st level analysis tab is blank and says "Analysis not computed yet" for all subjects, including those who are in the subset for this analysis. Here is the log output from running the 1st level analysis:

What am I doing wrong? I thought I had loaded the ROIs and covariates properly in the set up, but maybe I missed something?
