Beta maps
Hi CONN community,
For further analyses, I need to extract the Fisher-transformed correlation coefficients between a given seed and the entire brain (i.e., beta maps) for only the first half of the volumes, for seed to voxel analyses. I have tried using the niftiDATA files and then, after extracting relevant timecourses (using ROI and brain masks), I calculated the correlation coefficients between a given seed timecourse and the rest of the brain. The script worked fine, but when I tested it on all of the volumes to start with, I got slightly different results to what I would get with the beta maps. Is there an alternative way of doing this in CONN?
