Hi! Great tool!

I am trying to overlay a masked.mgh cortical thickness file over the base mesh file but when I do, it shows up as zero valued (for the red-yellow scale, it is a complete red brain). I saw someone with a similar issue downloaded a pre-release version of surf ice and that worked for them but that version is also giving me the same result as before. Any suggestions?
