RE: Displaying Freesurfer Thickness Data
Thanks for sending me an example. MGH files are odd, as they can
either be 3D voxel-based maps, or they can 1D vertex-based maps. In
your case, this is a vertex-based image, so you need to load it
onto an mesh with the correct number and location of vertices. It
seems your data is a 1D image that can be loaded onto a FreeSurfer
mesh with 163842 vertices. Therefore, you could view it with a
script like this:
import gl
gl.resetdefaults()
gl.meshload('/Users/chrisrorden/Neuro/Surfice/Surfice/fs/rh.pial')
gl.overlayload('/Users/chrisrorden/Desktop/cache.th13.neg.sig.masked.mgh')
gl.overlayminmax(1,1,2)
import gl
gl.resetdefaults()
gl.meshload('/Users/chrisrorden/Neuro/Surfice/Surfice/fs/rh.pial')
gl.overlayload('/Users/chrisrorden/Desktop/cache.th13.neg.sig.masked.mgh')
gl.overlayminmax(1,1,2)
