Hello,

I tried to use BrainNet Viewer for my connectivity results so I loaded the AAL116 nodes file and an edges file obtained from the mask of the Conn Toolbox (a 116x116 matrice where non significant edge = 0).
I have no error message in Matlab but only 7 of the 11 significant edges are displayed. I checked my edge file, the threshold to draw the edge and everything seems ok.

Does anyone know how to help ?
