So, in my regression model, I used a seed derived from MVPA to then subsequently figure out in a seed-to-voxel post-hoc what areas contributed to it.  I used the same model parameters in the seed-to-voxel as used in the MVPA, which was the following:

Between-subjects contrast
AllSubjects, Age, BehaviorVar  [0 0 1]

Between-conditions contrast
Pre-Intervention, Post-Intervention [-1 1]

Seed source

Does this still mean that line color reflects the average connectivity across all subjects (adjusted for age and behaviorvar??) for all between-conditions, or does it mean something different given the between-conditions contrast?
