Dear MRIcroGL experts,

I'm now using the latest version of the MRIcroGL. However when i added the ROI image as overlay in this toolbox, I  found the orientation of my ROI was changed. My ROI was on the left side of the brain but in the MRIcroGL, it was on the right side. It did not work out even if I changed the template or reoriented the template. So please tell me how to solve this problem, many thanks!
