Looking to edit colors of a yeo (7network) atlas i added to MRIcroGL. Found previous threads and matlab script for creating large randomized color lut, but was too complex. Just need info on how to make a basic lut file for 7 roi atlas. Tried just creating a text file and saving as a .lut, but did not work. Any help would be appreciated!
