Hello,

I am using dcm2niix to convert DICOM images for DTI data. However, the conversion result seems strange. I try to open *.nii data in MRIcro and encounter the following warning:
Warning: This NIfTI image includes an rotation transformation. You should reslice this data before attempting to underlay the image.
I am new to image processing and I want to know if I convert DTI data correctly? What is the meaning of this warning?
