RE: new subjects
Hi Yasemin,
Yes you may simply add those new subjects to your existing project and then preprocess and analyze only the new subjects without needing to repeat the same steps for your already-analyzed subjects. When running preprocessing remember to uncheck the 'All subjects' checkbox and select only the new subjects, and for the rest of the steps in CONN (setup/denoising/1st-level analysis/etc) simply select the option labeled 'Do not overwrite (skip already-processed subjects/ROI)' and that will automatically process only the new subjects
Best
Alfonso

Hello,
I have a very basic question. I have analysed 9 subjects (with pre and post imaging data) previously for functional connectivity. Now, I have additional subjects I want to add to my analysis. Can I include them to the old matlab file or should I create a new one with all the subjects? Would running the same analysis with additional subjects on the same file distort the results? Thanks!
Best,
Yasemin
