Update:

Hello everyone, 

So turns out all of our results and set up folders are still there, but the main MATLAB file is now empty. We are now trying to re-map everything (structural and functional data, denoising data, analyses, results) to get CONN to display the correct covariates and results again. 

We would appreciate any help with the re-mapping process,
