Hello SurfIce community,

I created a hippocampus mesh out of a nifti using SurfIce's 'convert voxelwise volume to mesh' - that does seem to work. However, if I now load the mesh into SurfIce and use the nifti from before as an overlay, they do not align. It seems they are somehow in a different space. I already tried 'Center mesh', which doesn't seem to help. Also, I can't find anything in the forum/manual.
Any ideas how to solve this issue?
