FDR and exchange block
Hi Dr. Zalesky,
I have just beginning learn Nbs，I have few questions which bother me
I have two groups，Hc(65subjects) and Mci(95 subjects) ，I also have two covariates(gender and age)
my contrast is[1,-1,0,0],I want to use two sample T-test
1)in the manual it is said I can choose Fdr in method but why there is only NBS one choice?
2)What is the exactly meaning of Exchange blocks？how should I set for my experiment?
