Dear all,

I was wondering if there is a problem if the number of subjects/runs exceeds 999 in CONN. In the code,  the formatting is  "%03d" at various locations, which means, we will have file names with 3 fixed digits from 1-999 (e.g. 001, ...999), and then 4 and more digits for higher numbers.

Did anyone experienced problems (other that simple inconvenience with name length) with larger data sets?
