Dear Conn Users,

I have been reducing additional files to add to an existing project.

When processing the files, CONN did not produce ewc1c*.nii through to ewc3c*.nii files for 6 subjects.

I tried to process the files starting a new project with the same result.

All other structural and functional output files are present except for ewc*.nii files.

I am using the default processing pipeline, with a smoothing kernel 6 mm (the only option changed from defaults).

My CONN version: 21.a and SPM version: 12; I am using a Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6

I attached script printout from processing a single subject.

I also re-processed a file which I was processed correctly in my original data reduction, including ewc*.nii files.

However, when reprocessing this file CONN also does not produce ewc*.nii files. I reprocessed this file in a new project.
