Dear experts,

I have done an ROI-to-ROI analysis with 272 ROIS (and with several covariates) and I'd like to select parts of them to do other analyses (e.g. graph theory-based approach). In the matrix display, it clusters ROIs when they are highly correlated with each other. Is it possible to have the contents of these clusters (e.g. a correlation matrix or the content information)?

The matrix display can show me specific pairs, but the number of pairs is too many to find them all out manually for me. I know I can get individual ROI-to-ROI correlation matrices for each subject in result/firstlevel, and in result/seconedlevel, there's a ROI.mat file having some information. But I don't find the information I need.
