Dear experts,

I find that there's a button called "ROIs sorted using hierarchical clustering" on the right middle part of "ROI second-level results", it provides several options, including an option called "Save ROI order/group to file". It will save a .mat file that contains "ROIfiguration" variable. I'd like to check whether I understand this variable correctly.

ROIconfiguration.displaytheseriois: the order of ROIs in the "matrix display"
ROIconfiguration.clusters: it describes which ROI belongs to which cluster, corresponding to ROIconfiguration.names2
ROIconfiguration.names2: It describes the name of selected ROIs (in the SBC analysis) at the beginning followed by unselected ROIs and 1st-level covariates.

But I have no idea what the remaining sub-variables are, including ROIconfiguration.xy2, ROIconfiguration.xy2_clusters, and ROIconfiguration.names_clusters (it's an empty variable).
