Hi Stefano,

You did not quite finish the description of your analysis, but assuming that:

a) after selecting 'AllSubjects', 'Treatment', and 'Age' in the 'subject effects' list, you then entered in the 'between-subjects contrast' field the vector [0 1 0] (to look at the effect of 'treatment')

and b) that in the 'conditions' list you had selected 'pre' and 'post', and entered a [-1 1] vector in the 'between-conditions contrast' field

then yes, that contrast would be evaluating the effect of the drug, i.e. the interaction between intervention (post vs. pre) and treatment (drug vs. placebo), while controlling for age (i.e. possible age-related post-pre differences in connectivity)

- Aging ---> 1 for young, -1 for elderly, therefore [1 1 1 1 1 -1 -1 -1 -1 -1]

For second level analysis, I have selected on left panel: Subjects, Treatment, Aging.

Is this procedure corrected?
