thank you very much for your reply. I fear that an uncorrected threshold might be considered too leniant as my see-based connectivtiy analysis shows >15 clusters with 4 greater with k>1000.
Therefore, I was wondering if there is an option to look at local Maxima within Conn itself?
I am able to look at the Global Maxima for all significant clusters and their corresponding t-values. Is it also possible to get this information for other points within the cluster (local maxima).
Please let me know if my question was unclear.
