RE: How to save heatmaps ?
Hi
Not sure if this is what you mean but you can use the syntax:
conn_slice_display /data/myfile.nii
(changing the reference in the right to point to any NIFTI file) to display the contents of your NIFTI file through multiple slices.
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hello fellow researchers,
I have been working with CONN toolbox for quite some time now for my functional MRI analysis. I would like to show the first level analysis results that I get from CONN toolbox to my clients. That is, we get lot of nifti (.nii) files saved in each folder under results directory but, no nifti file is generated to visualize the heat map just as it is shown inn the GUI. For example like the attached image. Is it possible to downlaod a nifti file that can show the heat map throughout the brain in single image?
Thank you for the help in advance.
