I have performed ROI-ROI analyses with the standard settings for cluster-based inferences for parametric multivariate statistics (FDR-corrected p < 0.05 cluster level; connection threshold p < 0.05 uncorrected). Is the connection threshold of p < 0.05 too liberal? Would you recommend to have the connection threshold at p < 0.01 uncorrected or at p < 0.05 FDR corrected?. At the threshold of FDR-corrected p < 0.05 cluster level and connection threshold p < 0.05 uncorrected, I have 1 cluster with many connections, but only 1 connection is at p < 0.05 FDR corrected.
