How to interpret interaction of group*condition results
Hi CONN'iers,

I recently used CONN toolbox for my resting state analysis.
I have 25 patients and 25 controls with their pre and post condition scans.

I am little confused while interpreting the interaction of group*condition results for ROI-ROI analysis.
Here is my contrast design for interaction:

interaction between group and condition
Between-subject contrast: [1 -1] (patients controls)
Between-condition contrast: [1 -1] (pre post)

In 'Results Explore', I got FDR corrected negative correlation (blue color line) connection between left amygdala-PCC. So, my question is how to interpret these results? Does this negative correlation related to condition or group effect? In other words, does this mean to say that pre (baseline) condition has higher connectivity values than post scan or patients have higher values compared to controls for this connection? I am really not able to make sense out of this part.

Please educate me on this!

Thanks,
Vittal
