RE: Delete first 10 time points in CONN GUI
Hi Yuheng,
You may use the preprocessing step labeled 'functional Removal of initial scans' to do that.
Alternatively you may also specify during the ART preprocessing step that you would like to mark the first 10 timepoints as "invalid" so that they will be addressed as part of the scrubbing procedure during denoising (instead of removing these scans manually before preprocessing).
