Hi, I have a preprocessed functional scans for a longitudinal study but the anatomical images are not processed. I looked at using BET tool in FSL and using the inbuilt features in MicroGL, but I am unsure how to do these in batch. I have almost 400 scans and I wanted to know how this process can be automated.
