Hi there,

I am working with functional scans with a voxel size of 0.8 x 0.8x 0.8 mm. I've got a few ROIs that I'd like to use, but the resolutions do not match (the ROIs are a 1x1x1 mm resolution). I'm wondering if I need to resample the ROIs to match the functional scans, or if this is something CONN is already doing?
