I have a question regarding the Window PC version.
 
Juging from the title, I thought it is for Microsoft Windows operating system. But I can't find any exe files in the tar.gz. And there is a shell file in the tar.gz file.
 
Is it for Microsoft Windows. If so, instructions for installation would be very helpful.
