Hello,it looks like you are really confusing two datasets here. The link you provide suggests you downloaded data from the FCPClassic collection (the data used in the Biswal et al 201 PNAS paper). Those are all healthy subjects (except for the NewYork_a_ADHD data - which are all ADHD). All datasets within the FCP Classis collection are from healthy controls. The only phenotypic information available for those is age, sex and handedness.The dataset you were referring to in your first post is the ADHD-200 data. Those indeed contain healthy subjects as well as patients with ADHD.Hope this clears things up,Maarten
