Masaryk University, a public university, ID: 00216224, is the owner of the copyright to the software.
Masaryk University hereby allows other companies and individuals to use this software free of charge and without territorial restrictions under the terms of the licence GNU General Public Licence version 2 (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-license...).
In case the person who will use the software under this licence violates the license terms, its permission to use the software will be terminated.

1) The license agreement, which is concluded through acceptance of the offer, is the copyright license agreement pursuant to Section 46 et seq. of the Act No, 121/2000 Coll., on copyright and rights related to copyright and amending certain Acts (the Copyright Act), as amended, since January 1, 2015 it is a license agreement pursuant to Section 2371 et seq. of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. It is at the same time an agreement for the use of results in accordance with Section 16 of the Act No. 130/2002 Coll., on support of research, experimental development and innovation financed from public funds and amending certain related acts (the Support of Research and Development) as amended.
