We released 35 subject's non-contrast CT scans including manually segmented brain masks from 2 readers. The data is from "Validated automatic brain extraction of head CT images" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.201...). The data are from stroke patients from multiple centers and can be used a validation data set for brain segmentation on CT.
