Hi Nan,

Thanks for your interest in our toolkits. Since your situation is very
specific, I suggest to edit the codes. You can open the function
'BrainNet_Option.m' and edit line 1091(the number may differ from version),
change 'EC.nod.CM=jet;' to 'EC.nod.CM=your colormap', where your colormap
is a n*3 matrix you defined. Then select colormap 'jet' in node panel, BNV
will use the custome colormap. If still any thing wrong, please let me know.
