I am using BRAINSMush (version: 0.1.0.$Revision: 1.4 $(alpha) ) command line interface to generate an output MUSH image from a T1 and T2 volume (.nrrd file format). I am performing the task as follow: ./BRAINSMush --inputFirstVolume Volume_T1w.nrrd --inputSecondVolume Volume_T2w.nrrd This generates an OptimalMixtureWeights.txt file only and gives a Segmentation Fault. (My operating system is Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit Linux) Can anyone help me solve this ?
