Subject: [HAMMER-list] error running hammergui

Hi,

I am new to using Hammer, but was successful in running the sample subject data from the CL and within the GUI.

I am now attempting to run the ravens processing step on my own data using the GUI. I believe I have the images in the correct format for Hammer and am using one of the subjects as the model. Also, I can run ravens on my data from the CL.

The following is the output from the Processing Manager in the GUI:
