Hi, Is there a way with mrtrix for the fiber tracking to stop when it hits (or before it leaves) an inclusion region? This would be a nice option to only extract the tracks of interest between two ROIs. Right now, if I have two ROIs, tracks seem to go beyond both after going through either ROI. Thank you, Michael
