[Mrtrix-discussion] Extract mean diffusivity

Dear Mrtrix experts,

I am looking to extract the mean diffusivity (MD) from a region of
interest.  However, I can't seem to find how to perform this operation in
mrtrix.  I was wondering if someone has performed this operation before and
especially how I should proceed.
