I'm replying to a message sent in 2012 (b-value correction). It was about rotation of b-values after registration. I was wondering if there had been any progress on this? I have some flirt transformations that I want to apply to the b-vector matrix and was wondering if there was any way to do this other than fdt_rotate_bvecs.

Also, in this post there was talk about the difficulties of motion correcting high b-value DWI images to the reference ala. Eddy-correct. I have a tool to run eddy_correct so that this excess scaling doesn't happen. It works for b=3000. I can send it if you want since it has only gotten a conference poster and not a journal publication :/

Chris.
