[Neurobureau-hubs] How about the 2012 Brain Connectivty unconferece and hackathon

Clearly better than the grand challenge idea (which fits better with the
concept of a neurobureau project). Actually, after reading about the
openspace concept, that's a bit of the feel I had outside the sessions
during the Milwaukee conference. This is exactly what got me excited about
that neurobureau thing. I'm all for it. And I also like the "brainhack"
name.
