[Neurobureau-hubs] How about the 2012 Brain Connectivty unconferece and hackathon

Hello Gonzalo,

The neuro bureau would organize the conference and we would let anyone comes that wants to. Ideally we wouldn't charge for the conference, but the attendees would be required to handle their own accommodations. If we host the unconference in Leipzig before the 2012 Resting State conference, we would hopefully have access to the apartments owned by the Max Plank, which would provide cheaper accommodations.
