[Neurobureau-hubs] For HBM, an occasion Mikey will never forget!

Dear Hubs,

Dr. Michael Milham has tried every trick in the book to prevent us from discovering that today is his birthday! He will be unable to celebrate the occasion, because he will be stuck in his office making last minute preparations for HBM. 

When you see him next week please give him a giant hug and wish him a happy 40th! If you are inclined to buy him a present, I have surreptitiously acquired his wish-list:

Text message from Senator Weiner
An air-balloon ride.  But not one of those big air-balloons.  More like 99 helium-filled party balloons tied to a lawn chair (They must be red!!).
An autographed Culture Club pinup.
Some nice leather gloves, they are just so hard to find in his size ...
Anyway, maybe we should have a candlelight vigil outside his hotel room and serenade him with "Happy Birthday Petey"!
