[Neurobureau-hubs] Volunteer schedule for Cirque du Cerveaux Gala

Hello All,

Please find attached the schedule for the Cirque du Cerveau Gala. Please let me know if you have any issues with it.  It was not easy coming up with a suitable schedule, so there is not a lot of wiggle room for changing things. This schedule is just a guess for how many people will be needed and where they will be needed.  Please pay attention to what is going on during the night and jump in when needed.  For example, if there is a long line at the door, please help to move people in more efficiently. Also, if we have alot of people showing up after 1AM, or if we still have drink tickets, we will need people at those times as well.

We will not have a paid photographer on site. Clare is currently slated to take over some of these responsibilities, but it is a daunting task. It would be nice if members of the bureau would bring their cameras and help out. Also, if you know someone that is coming to HBM and enjoys photography, please enlist them!

Heather is listed to handle the art exhibition all night.  Please fill in for her every once in a while, so that she can enjoy the party as well. Or at least bring her a drink or two :).

After the party is over, there will be a few chores that need to be handled. We have paid for a cleaning service, but we will need to pack up all of our things (equipment, art, etc) and take them out. Please hang around at the end of the night and help out. If we all chip in then it should be finished in no time.

Also attached is a tentative schedule for the art exhibition. I have put down names of people who have previously volunteered for installation, and nightly removal. Also, Heather will be handling the exhibition most of the conference. Please drop by and give her a break every once in a while.

This year's HBM is very exciting and an opportunity for people to learn more about the Neuro Bureau and our efforts to build an open neuroscience community. With all of your help we can show them the benefits of collaboration.  Let's make the art exhibition and party something that people will remember.
