[Neurobureau-hubs] Brainhack 2012 and brainhack.org updates

I forgot one point. There will be individuals at brainhack with access to
much larger resources. I for example can run jobs on several hundreds or
thousands of cores if need be. But I can't share such access (you need to
register with compute Canada, and apply for a quota of hours). Compute
hours generally are associated with specific projects, but the default
quota of hours has some flexibility, so if I'm part of a project I would be
able to use these resources and get stuff done. Cameron can do the same.
When we have a list of participants, we'll identify who could act as a
"computational hub". If we plan a bit ahead of times we could be able to
actually run analysis on-site.

Re CBRAIN we can most certainly use it, but it is limited to pipelines
already interfaced with the system.

Best,

Pierre
