[Neurobureau-hubs] Brainhack 2012 and brainhack.org updates

@Marteen that's fantastic. Space shouldn't be an issue. A 3 Tb hard-drive
costs like 200$, we could plug a couple of those as a scratch space for the
conference. We should certainly talk with Mike about his cluster. I'd also
be curious to see if we could register these resources in CBRAIN. As I
said, the number of pipelines are limited, but the graphical interface is
much more appealing than the SSH sessions we'll be running otherwise.

@Cameron I don't have experience with cloud computing services like amazon.
My understanding is that they are doing a great job at virtualization, like
creating a box of all of your tools, so software installation would not be
too much of an issue. But I also had the impression that the transfer speed
would suck. If we use large datasets, it may actually be easier to use a
small 24 cores server with a local hard drive that has all the data. The
large resource I mentioned earlier has 2000 Tb of storage with infinyband,
which means *fast* access. I'd be curious to have the opinion of someone
who actually used these services for neuroimaging before trying to get free
(or cheap) compute hours.
