[Neurobureau-hubs] INCF hackathon

Here is a link for last years INCF hackathon, http://atlasing.incf.org/wiki/Sept8. There might be some info there to help us along. Also INCF will be hosting another hackathon this year after the INCF meeting which is Sept 10-12, so it will be very close to the Brainhack. They haven't announced it yet. I think that the INCF hackathon is more oriented to toolset development, and that the Brainhack has broader appeal, but it would be nice to maybe combine the two in the future.
