[Neurobureau-hubs] Brainhack 2012 and brainhack.org updates

i expect to have access to tons of space and cores that we could use at our
discretion, but i'm not sure i'll physically be co-located. can we make a
G+ hangout for the whole time such that other NBers can participate
remotely?
