Dear Martin and neurobureau,

I hope everything is well with you. I just wanted to follow up on the call
to share educational slides you made at brainhack. I have uploaded the NIAK
manual on figshare:

There are a bunch of slides on fMRI preprocessing on there. I am finishing
the manual for the "ammo" release, which has a few slides on connectomes,
functional connectivity maps and scrubbing. I'll upload to figshare when
it's ready, but in the meantime it's on google code:

along with the latex beamer code, and all individual figures. All that
stuff is released under an MIT license. I hope this helps,
