[Neurobureau-hubs] Summer Planning Meeting

Thanks for putting in times for the calendar. Looks as though the winner
for everyone is tomorrow, Wednesday, 8pm (Berlin).

Let's plan to hold the meeting using a google+ hangout. If you're having
